Interested in seeing what users think about the tasks in OneCampus? Access the Recent Reviews section to see their questions and/or concerns.

We believe user reviews are crucial to improving the user experience and hope you will find this feature helpful in planning your software roadmap.
Important: Before you can see any of the reviews-related modules, the ratings and reviews functionality must be enabled by clicking the Advanced menu > Settings > Features > Ratings Enabled.

View Recent Reviews

1. Begin by clicking the Data Settings menu, then click Recent Reviews.
2. Here you will find reviews left for the tasks you “own” if you are a Publisher, or across all tasks in your tenant of OneCampus, if you are an Admin.
   
3. Click “View” to see more information on a particular comment.
   
   
   • You can respond to a review by clicking the respond button.
   • You can also deactivate the review, if need be, from this screen.

Note: Tenant data for reviews can be exported into a CSV file. The “Export Reviews” button can be found in the upper right hand corner of the Recent reviews page. Data can be exported for the current page (just the items showing) or all pages, where applicable.
