Using the Search Terms Report, Administrators can view which search terms are “misses” or “hits” within your OneCampus instance.
This report can be used to identify terms your end users are searching for that return a message of “No tasks meet your search criteria”. If appropriate, you can use the data from the report to update your task descriptions or tags. Once a term begins to register as a hit, rather than a miss, the “Misses” column and the “Date of Last Miss” column will zero out. The term will then be listed in the “Hits” column along with the corresponding “Date of Last Hit”. By default this report is sorted by number of “hits” and is exportable to a CSV file. Data in the Search Terms Report is only available for the preceding 90 days. Administrators can clean up the data in the Search Terms report by visiting the Maintenance module and specifying a date to clear data from.
