Looking for a way to view data about the task centers within your OneCampus instance?
You can use the task center activity report to see information about each task center, such as number of days since the task center was last viewed, total number of views, number of active/inactive tasks, number of announcements and more!
Data in the Task Center Activity Report is only available for the preceding 180 days. Administrators can clean up the data in the Task Center Activity report by visiting the Maintenance module and specifying a date to clear data from.
Access the Task Center Activity Report
- Begin by clicking the Reporting menu, then select Task Center Activity.
- From the Task Center Activity screen, you will see a list of the task centers within your instance. Scroll to the right to see additional columns. Use the search bar to quickly look for a specific task center. Click the Advanced link to see additional filtering options.
- Use the begin and end date fields to filter task center activity that occurred during a specific date range or you can select a period of time from the drop down.
- You can filter by Publisher, Category, Market and Role using the corresponding drop-downs. The Clear all link can be used to reset all filters back to their default state.
- There are options to sort your columns in ascending or descending order using the down pointing arrows located at the top right hand corner of each column. Here, you also have the option of hiding the column or pinning the column for easy side scrolling.
- Lastly, you can use the blue menu button on the right of your screen for additional options including: toggle filtering, the ability to reopen columns that have been hidden or exporting options to download the data into a csv file.
