Looking for a quick way to see who the “owner” of a certain task is?

Lookup Task Owners

1. To quickly look up a task “owner”, click the Task menu, then click Task Support.
2. Use the search box to look up the task in question.
   
3. Click the View button to view more info on a particular task and a pop-up will appear displaying the task Details, including the Publisher, the description and the Contact information for that particular task.
   
4. Click the Close button to close the window and return to the task Support screen. Repeat this process whenever you need to lookup a task owner.
