Need a quick, reliable way to ensure all of the task URL’s in your OneCampus instance are reachable? The URL Checker can help you do that!
When enabled, the URL checker will run at 2 p.m. EST daily to ensure all task links (URLs) are reachable. If broken URL’s are discovered, a list of those URLs will be sent via email to individuals you designate.
To Opt-in to the URL Checker
- Begin by clicking the Advanced menu, then click URL Checker.
- Enter the email address(es) of the individual/s that you wish to receive the daily report of broken URL’s.
- To send the report to more than one person, simply separate the email addresses with a comma.

- Indicate any tasks that the URL Checker should skip by selecting them from the Tasks Found box and moving them to the Skipped Tasks box using the right facing arrow.
- This step designates tasks that the URL Checker should bypass because they may be unreachable by the checker but not actually broken (e.g., sites behind a firewall or VPN, are permission restricted, etc.).

- Click Save.
IMPORTANT: If you click Cancel, it will delete what you’ve done up to that point.
