Notes:

  • The permissions for Publishers listed above relate only to their own tasks. Publishers do not have visibility into or the authority to change tasks or task/task center announcements that aren’t created by or assigned to them. In contrast, Publishers granted access to the global announcement or task announcement functionality via a Permission Group can view, edit, or remove any Global or Task announcement.

* Only Administrators can create new Task Centers whereas Publishers can only add or remove tasks from Task Centers assigned to them. However, Publishers can be granted access to Task Center functionality via Permission Group and can view, edit, or remove any Task Center.

** Publishers will only see publishing groups to which they belong. In addition, Publishers will only be able to edit but not to create new publishers or publishing groups.
